ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (Deadline: 8 September 2024)

In order to avoid any inconvenience in your Academic Incentive Application and Associate Professorship application, your full texts must be entered into the system by the specified deadline.

Abstract submission will only be accepted via the electronic system.

With the online notification system, you can enter your notification into the system step by step. In order to enter your notification into the system, you must first register to the system by entering a username and password consisting of your e-mail address and then log in to the system.

Abstracts that do not comply with the abstract writing rules during submission will not be evaluated.

Acceptance of submitted abstracts will be announced as a result of the referee evaluation.

All presentations will be accepted after preliminary scientific review.

Single case reports will be evaluated as poster presentations.

 

Single case reports will be accepted as oral presentations, provided that they are supported by a literature review.

Abstract Submission Rules
Abstract  submissions will only be accepted via the electronic system. You can enter your abstract  into the system with the Online Notification system. (www.taoms2024.org)

1. Oral and poster presentations can be prepared in Turkish or English.
2. All abstracts must be in both Turkish and English and must not exceed 250 words, indicating the content to be presented.
3. Original study summaries should include "purpose, method, findings, conclusion" sections, and case report summaries should include "introduction, case presentation, conclusion" sections.
4. Presentation contents must be original and not presented or published before the TAOMS 2024 congress.
5. When authors send their abstracts to the Congress Scientific Committee, they are deemed to have accepted their abstracts to be published in the Congress book.
6. It is the responsibility of the responsible author to ensure that the presentation content is accepted by all authors.
7. The acceptance of abstracts as oral presentations or poster presentations will be determined by the TAOMS 2024 Scientific Committee, taking into account the author's preference.
8. Oral presentations should be planned as 8 minutes of presentation and 2 minutes of discussion (10 minutes).
9. The first letter of each word in the title must be capitalized and the other letters must be lowercase. Name and surname information should be written clearly, no abbreviations should be used.
10. Following the successful submission of your notification, an e-mail will be sent to you from the system.
11. Only abstracts that have been submitted correctly will be evaluated by the referees, and incomplete draft abstracts will be deleted from the system on 09.09.2024.
12. Authors will be informed via e-mail about the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts as of the submission deadline.
13. To accept the abstract, the participant must have registered for the congress. Abstract participants who will not attend the congress cannot be approved.
14. You can request an acceptance letter after you accept the abstract. We kindly ask you to send your requests for an abstract acceptance letter to taoms2024@grouppartner.com

TAOMS'24 PRESENTATION AWARDS
1. The best oral and poster presentation will be rewarded.
2. The presenter is “DUS Assistant, Doctoral Assistant,  Specialist Dentist and Dr. Dentist (Doctor Dentist)” and must not have received this award before.
3. Presentation content must be original and not previously submitted or published.
